We are working with a fantastic Ecommerce business who are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join the team to help accelerate their growth plans. With a fast-growing operation this is a perfect opportunity for someone to grow with the company as the build on their initial success.
Role
As CRM Manager you will play a key role in defining the brands CRM strategy that is their key customer communication channel. With complete autonomy over the channel this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to drive an area how they see best and use their knowledge and experience to deliver against key CRM targets. With each campaign individual and targeted you will have a history of analysing data to be able to drive campaign direction and improve engagement leading to bottom line figures.
This a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Manager who is both creative and analytical and is looking for a great culture and environment to belong too.
Essential Skills:
* years’ experience working in a CRM Management role.
* within Ecommerce is beneficial.
* of CRM Strategy design and implementation
* to end delivery experience with this being a hands-on position.
* background of creating engaging and exciting campaigns that capture the imagination.
* understanding of Analytics and using data to help shape business and campaign decisions.
