What you will do:
* Undertake and moderate practice evaluations to ensure quality assurance across the board
* Collaborate closely with the research and QA specialist to analyse complex information and data
* Connect insights to performance and practice, delivering improvement activities using Birmingham Children’s Trust’s excellent practice model
* Mentor and support fellow practitioners, fostering professional curiosity and relationship-based practices
* Participate actively in various meetings, sharing quality assurance findings and celebrating great practice
* Sustain and develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the Trust
* Exhibit excellent written communication skills, conveying findings and insights clearly across multiple disciplines
