Key Responsibilities Handling incoming customer calls and taking orders Accurately entering orders into the Purgo system Assisting the Accounts team in resolving invoice queries Coordinating with customers for skip collections or exchanges Referring new account enquiries to the Sales team Managing skip permit applications and renewals with local authorities Monitoring and resolving issues on the Purgo issue board General administrative duties including filing and record keeping What Were Looking For Previous experience in a transport or logistics office Proficient in Microsoft Office, email systems, and databases Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure A team player with a proactive and professional approach Additional Requirements Good standard of literacy and numeracy Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional Saturdays If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to contribute to a fast-moving logistics team, wed love to hear from you.
