Join us as an AVP User Experience Designer to plan and implement the design elements of learning materials. You will develop programmes and initiatives supporting the growth of the bank’s employees and leaders. As an AVP, you will be responsible for discovering, designing, developing, and measuring learning solutions that align with Barclays' quality standards, including Brand and Accessibility.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to analyze current and future development needs.
2. Design and deliver digital training content, programmes, and User Experience journeys.
3. Manage onboarding programmes, including training and support during onboarding.
4. Analyze data to measure the success of talent development initiatives.
5. Develop coaching, mentoring, and train-the-trainer programmes.
6. Implement talent pipelining processes for succession management and career progression.
Ideal Candidate
* Extensive experience in User Experience and/or Product Design.
* Strong skills in user research and data analysis.
* Stakeholder management and business acumen.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of the full Learning cycle from needs analysis to evaluation.
* Familiarity with learning frameworks, approaches, and interventions.
* Strong project management experience.
* Experience with Learning Lab or similar digital tools.
