The Opportunity
This opportunity sits within the firm’s highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team, which advises on a wide range of property-related disputes and contentious asset management issues. The team acts for major property owners, investors, developers, occupiers, and management companies, often handling complex, high-value matters involving landmark developments and nationwide portfolios.
You will have the opportunity to work on both domestic and international mandates, developing your skills across a broad range of contentious real estate issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload under the supervision and guidance of senior lawyers
* Advising clients on all aspects of real estate disputes and contentious portfolio management
* Building and maintaining close client relationships through direct contact and regular communication
* Assisting with business development, marketing, and client engagement initiatives
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in property litigation
* Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and client service focus
* A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial awareness and an interest in the real estate sector
* Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to develop your professional and commercial expertise
