We’re partnering with a prestigious and high-performing private equity firm based in the heart of the West End to find a dynamic and highly organised Team PA to support four senior investment professionals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, proactive assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes real pride in being the go-to person. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the team operates smoothly and efficiently, using your initiative, discretion, and organisational flair daily.

If you're looking to step into a rewarding role with genuine career potential in the investment space, this could be the perfect next move.
The role:
This is more than just diary and travel – it’s about acting as the team’s right hand, keeping pace with a constantly shifting landscape and staying one step ahead. You'll need strong judgement, sharp communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions in a high-expectation, fast-moving setting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing complex, frequently changing diaries for four senior professionals
* Coordinating international travel and producing detailed itineraries
* Inbox support, meeting prep, and follow-up
* Acting as liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Processing expenses and providing first-class administrative support
About you:
This role would suit an early-career PA or Team Assistant with a background in investment, financial services, or a similar fast-paced professional setting. You’re quick, composed, and able to juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
You’ll need to bring:
* Proven PA or Team Assistant experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, unflappable approach
* Impeccable attention to detail and confidentiality
* A natural ability to connect the dots and think two steps ahead
* Confident use of MS Office and comfort with evolving priorities
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being relied upon, wants to be fully embedded in the heart of a high-performing team, and is ready for a role with real scope and visibility.
