Leading and overseeing all kitchen operations across restaurant, bar, terrace, and event spaces Developing and delivering seasonal, commercially successful menus aligned with brand standards Recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing kitchen teams Driving food quality, consistency, and innovation across all services Managing budgets, GP performance, labour control, and stock management Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations Collaborating with senior leadership to support business growth, events, and guest experience strategy Representing the culinary brand of Graduate Cambridge both internally and externally What Do You Need? Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef leading multi-outlet hotel or premium restaurant operations Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and inspiring teams Exceptional culinary knowledge with a focus on seasonal, quality-led menus Commercial and financial awareness, including budget and cost control experience Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on leadership style A genuine passion for hospitality, creativity, and guest experience What Do We Offer?
