** Food and Beverage Server**
**Overview:**
Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Server atThe Bankhouse. We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience. As a Food & Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch hospitality and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a fulltime Permanent Position & not suitable for students on holiday from University or College or Anyone under the age of 18 & must have experience in a similar role.

**Duties:**
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beverages
* Take and deliver orders promptly and accurately
* Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience
* Prepare and serve beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station
* Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
* Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
* Uphold food safety standards and regulations at all times
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in guest services or hospitality industry preferred
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques
* Familiarity with kitchen operations to facilitate smooth collaboration with kitchen staff
* Proficiency in basic math for order processing and cash handling
* Understanding of food safety protocols to maintain a hygienic beverage service area
