The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media & Content Manager to lead our social strategy and content agenda during a pivotal period of brand growth and transformation. This role will play a key part in shaping how we show up across all platforms, driving cultural relevance, engagement and commercial impact.
You will lead our Social & Content team, providing direction, coaching and development to unlock their potential while ensuring we deliver outstanding, insightled content across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on, fastpaced role where youll combine creativity with strategic thinking - guiding the vision, elevating execution and demonstrating how social and content contribute directly to broader business outcomes.

What youll be doing
Youll lead the endtoend social and content strategy, including:
1. Own and deliver a multiplatform social and content strategy aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
2. Champion the role of social and content within the organisation, clearly articulating its business and commercial impact.
3. Use insights and analytics to optimise performance and inform future strategy.
4. Concept and deliver innovative, trendled ideas for video, imagery and paid assets across all channels.
5. Lead content shoots and localised creative production to support key marketing moments and campaigns.
6. Ensure all content reflects our brand identity with excellence, consistency and originality.
7. Guide internal and external creative partners to ensure highquality delivery.
8. Oversee community engagement and partner closely with Customer Care to strengthen connections with our audience.
9. Identify and build meaningful relationships with influencers, advocates and creators.
10. Champion Sephoras tone of voice across all touchpoints, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling and consistent.
11. Stay ahead of cultural trends, social innovation and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to keep Sephora at the forefront.

18. Experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands (advantageous).
