Managing the branch implant's day to day activities including staff, operations, stock and sales processes. Identifying opportunities with new clients and markets, working towards an improved customer base. To deputise and support the Civils commercial manager in identifying where changes and improvements can be made to processes and opportunities. Has excellent communication skills and is a motivated and flexible team worker. Is sales driven, target-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Is passionate about Civils and building knowledge and developing their career at a growing company.
