Are you passionate about inclusion, safeguarding and behaviour?

Do you believe every child deserves to thrive in a school wheregetting better never stops?

If so, this could be the perfect next step in your leadership journey.

At The Laurels Primary School, we are a small, friendly one-form entry primary with 190 pupils. Our children are enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn—and we are ambitious for them in every aspect of school life.

We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion) who will:

* Lead as SENDCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
* Champion inclusion, behaviour and wellbeing across the school.
* Shape provision for SEND and vulnerable learners, removing barriers to success.
* Monitor and develop teaching and learning, modelling excellent practice in the classroom.
* Lead with vision, clarity and teamwork to inspire staff and pupils alike.

You will join a dedicated leadership team and a staff body praised by Ofsted (October 2022) as"a close-knit team… supported by considerate leaders who are highly aware of staff well-being."

This is more than a leadership role—it's your chance to make a real and lasting difference in children's lives.

For more information and to apply, please visit our website here. We warmly encourage you to contact Carly Oliver, Executive Assistant to arrange a visit—we'd love to show you our brilliant pupils, dedicated staff and welcoming community.
