REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Civil Engineering. A post-graduate degree or PhD in geotechnical engineering is desired Able to apply geotechnical engineering principles to the full range of offshore geotechnical engineering problems. Design soil parameter interpretation from available geotechnical & geophysical data. Site Investigation recommendations on type and quantity of tests required. Geotechnical risk assessments. Subsea Structure Foundation Design (gravity base, driven pile & suction pile) to ISO, DNVGL or API standards - foundation capacity and installation design. Pipeline-Soil Interaction assessments to DNVGL F114. Trenching assessments. Ability to deal easily and effectively with a wide range of audiences. Ability to understand and meet the needs of customers as appropriate and deliver what was agreed within defined time frame. The ability to constantly achieve results within defined timeframes.
