Job Title: Operations Administrator (Warehouse & Logistics)
The Opportunity
A fast-growing, independent drinks brand is looking for an energetic and organised Operations Administrator to join its brewery logistics team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be central to ensuring operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and excellent customer support.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-16.00
The Role
As the Operations Administrator, you'll support warehousing, logistics, and customer service operations. You'll work closely with the Operations Lead to ensure orders flow smoothly from receipt to dispatch while keeping digital systems up to date and stock accurate.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries
Respond to email and phone enquiries
Set up new customer accounts promptly
Order & Inventory Processing
Manage receipt, dispatch, and invoicing of goods
Maintain accuracy in all order records and inventory systems
Systems & Admin
Work within Cin7 and other digital platforms to manage stock, orders, and dispatches
Ensure full use of systems for maximum operational efficiency
Communication
Serve as a link between warehousing and internal teams including sales, marketing, and leadership
Share updates promptly and clearly when required
Stock Management
Support organisation of the warehouse
Ensure correct goods are dispatched with the required documentation
What You Bring
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar software
Strong time management and organisational skills
A proactive, adaptable mindset
Ability to take initiative and follow through
