Accounts Payable Assistant (Temporary) Norwich c£28,000 Keeler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to support a busy finance team based in the heart of Norwich. This is an immediate requirement due to increased workload following the recent implementation of Sage Intacct, which went live within the last three weeks. This role will focus on helping the team manage a backlog of invoices and provide additional support during a key transition period. While initially a temporary position, there is potential for extension, with a permanent opportunity likely to arise. Key responsibilities: Processing high volumes of purchase invoices Supporting with clearing a backlog within the AP function Assisting with supplier queries and reconciliations Ensuring accurate data entry into Sage Intacct Providing general support to the finance team during system transition Candidate profile: Proven experience within Accounts Payable Previous hands-on experience using Sage Intacct is essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proactive, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running Full training on internal processes will be provided; however, due to the urgency and nature of this role, candidates must already be confident using Sage Intacct.
