Job Description
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention (70%-80% of the role)
* Oversee the service delivery process to maintain high-quality standards.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sector (20%-30% of the role)
* Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Monitor market trends to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development & Account Manager should have:
* Proven experience in sales or account management.
* A strong understanding of client service delivery and customer relationship management.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
* A valid driving licence for travel to client sites when required.

* A competitive base salary of approximately £31,000-£38,000 per annum.
* On-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000-£45,000, including performance bonuses.
