The Role
We are looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing Commercial Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious matters and to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on a wide variety of commercial disputes, including contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, and insolvency-related matters.
* Handling your own caseload and supporting partners on more complex or high-value litigation.
* Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and evidence for court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
* Engaging in client relationship management and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
* Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as appropriate, particularly at the Senior Associate level.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified solicitor with 3–7 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally gained at a well-regarded firm.
* Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* A team player who values collaboration and takes pride in delivering high-quality legal work.
