About You:
We are looking for a strong communicator who can navigate the complexities of the LGPS and deliver clear, consistent messaging across all our channels.
7. You will have a strong background of administering the Local Government Pension Scheme (or equivalent Defined Benefit Pension Scheme) with a good understanding of the regulations and understanding of how it impacts scheme members and employers
8. You are a highly motivated, collaborative team player demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills. You show a desire for innovation and continuous improvement and have the ability to support, supervise, monitor and train others
9. You must demonstrate the ability to interpret complex legislation and tailor your communication to suit diverse audiences. You will use these skills to build and develop good working relationships with our partners & stakeholders
