Alongside managing and maintaining our existing property portfolio, we have exciting new building and refurbishment projects waiting for your expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures across residential and commercial properties. You will demonstrate a high standard of workmanship, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water supply, heating, drainage, and sanitation. Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults quickly and efficiently. Carry out routine maintenance, testing, and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Work from technical drawings, specifications, and plans to determine layout and installation requirements. Collaborate effectively with the office team and other trades to complete projects on time and within budget. Maintain accurate job records, including materials used and work completed. Complete work reports and compliance documentation promptly. Ensure all work areas, tools, and equipment are maintained in a safe and tidy condition. Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. Qualifications and Experience Fully qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent). A minimum of 3 years experience post-qualification in plumbing maintenance and installation. Experience working in domestic and/or commercial environments. Sound knowledge of water regulations, plumbing systems, and safety procedures. Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification desirable. Gas Safe registration advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. Full UK driving licence.
