Looking to earn money while being part of one of Wales' biggest music festivals?
Arc is hiring experienced Festival Catering Assistants and Event Stewards to join our team for In It Together Festival 2025 – a three-day celebration of music, culture, and good vibes right on the South Wales coast.
If you’re confident retail caterer and event steward, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the buzz of live events, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For As A Festival Caterer:
* Previous retail catering experience – festivals, events, or other hospitality venues
* Confidence preparing hot food, serving customers, and working at speed
* Friendly, reliable, and a team player
* Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
* A positive attitude and great customer service skills
What We’re Looking For As A Event Steward:
* Previous event steward experience – festivals, events, or other hospitality venues
* Confidence dealing with the public, helping to manage car parks, campsites and other public areas onsite
* Friendly, reliable, and a team player
* Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
* A positive attitude and great customer service skills
Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Serving food from high-volume festival catering facilities
* Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
* Keeping queues moving and spirits high
* Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
