What you will do:
Conduct strengths-based assessments to understand the individual goals and needs of clients.
Collaborate closely with customers, their families, and other team members to design and implement creative and effective reablement plans.
Work alongside occupational therapy assistants and support workers, benefiting from the guidance of our Principal Occupational Therapist.
Visit clients in their homes or other settings, such as hospitals, requiring a valid full UK driver’s license.
Leverage your professional knowledge to empower individuals, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Requirements:
Hold a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy, coupled with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
A full UK driver’s license is preferable to attend client visits conveniently and efficiently.
