Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Meriden. We are focused on providing exceptional support and education to secondary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational programmes
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs)
* Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with ASD
* Help monitor and record students’ progress and adapt support strategies as needed
* Foster a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with ASD or other special educational needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting students
* Relevant qualifications or training in special education (desirable but not essential)
