A London based Injectable Aesthetics company who has partnerships with world-renowned manufacturers of aesthetics products in South Korea are looking for a dynamic Aesthetics Sales Executive to join their rapidly expanding company.
Responsibilities
* Reporting directly to the group CEO keeping them up to date with sales data
* Introducing company portfolio to clinics and aesthetics practitioners
* Arranging meetings to present the benefits of the aesthetics products
* Building strong long-term relationships and nurturing these through regular contact
* Managing the CRM system to ensure each account has accurate and up to date information
* Growing sales to a substantial level through delivering agreed business plan targets
* Analysing and interpreting performance data and consumer insights
* Recruiting sales and account managers to grow the sales department over time
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years’ aesthetic sales experience
* Good network within the UK aesthetic trade channels
* Excellent communication, influencing and sales skills
* Ability to set and achieve ambitious targets, hands on and takes accountability
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive and flexible approach to problem solving.
