We are offering an opportunity for a CL Performance Analyst to join our Insights team on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
You will deliver analytics and insights to identify improvement opportunities related to trading, brokers, products, and processes within Commercial Lines (NIG and RSA). Your responsibilities include data extraction, transformation, analysis, and presentation for Commercial Lines. You will collaborate with the CL business to leverage predictive analytics and data analysis to support growth and extend these insights to other areas of CL. Working closely with stakeholders, you will interpret KPIs and promote evidence-based decision-making.
Understanding business needs, data accuracy, and the impact of data on outcomes are critical. You will work within a team environment, engaging with various stakeholders across Commercial Lines.
About You
Ideally, you have experience as an analytics and insight analyst within the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance processes and KPIs. Good communication skills are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members. Experience with SAS and SQL coding languages is required; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI and Qlik is advantageous.
