Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum plus van and fuel
Responsibilities
* Undertake a mix of reactive and void maintenance across domestic properties.
* Perform multi-trade tasks including tiling, plastering and plumbing as required.
* Have social housing experience.
Qualifications
* Proven multi-trade experience including minor plumbing, tiling and plastering.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Experience using a PDA.
Benefits
* Van + fuel card supplied.
* Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
* Salary £36,000 per annum.
