Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Level 3 Social Worker to join the Reablement Social Work Team in Leicester City. This fast-paced role involves supporting adults with safeguarding concerns, self-neglect, and hoarding, managing a diverse caseload, and working closely with hospital sites and Discharge to Assess services. Candidates must be local to Leicester and able to complete home visits throughout the week.
