Through the Future Network Programme (FNP), the Corporation is working to replace and upgrade ageing IT networks across their Corporation, City of London Police, and London Councils. To support these enabling works, we are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer (PSO) to assist with coordination, scheduling, stakeholder liaison, administration, and programme management support. The PSO will report directly to the Programme Manager and play a key part in maintaining smooth programme delivery. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week on-site, Monday–Friday during standard working hours. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule meetings and site visits, including liaison with on-site contacts. Act as the first point of contact for all programme-related queries via dedicated FNP Teams channels and email inbox. Maintain programme registers, logs, and accurate records within the project management system. Assist in the production, formatting, maintenance, and distribution of reports. Produce management reporting dashboards (desirable). Facilitate workshops and capture minutes, actions, and key decisions. Provide administrative support for governance meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. What the client is looking for: Experience providing first-line query handling (desirable). Experience working within a Project Management and/or Programme Management Office (PMO) environment (essential). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels. Strong intermediate skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Experience producing dashboards for management reports (desirable). Existing clearance or the ability to obtain SC/NPPV3 security clearance. Reliable, organised, and confident coordinating across multiple teams and external contacts.
