Job Description
This senior fundraising and philanthropy leadership role is focused on driving long-term income growth through major donors, gifts in Wills, professional advisers, corporate partnerships and business development. This role sits within the senior leadership team, shaping fundraising strategy, donor relationships, partnership development and organisational growth, alongside responsibility for brand and marketing strategy to support high-value giving and place-based impact in Somerset.
Hours: 30–37.5 hours per week (to be agreed)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)
Length of Contract: Permanent
