The Role
We are looking for passionate and caring Support Workers to join our teams, supporting adults with:
1. Autism
2. Learning disabilities
3. Physical disabilities
4. Communication difficulties
5. Behaviours that challenge
6. Epilepsy
We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Gosport, supporting male and female adults with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy in their own home.

10. Full time and part time hours available

11. Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
12. Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
13. Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
14. Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
15. Providing, and encouraging, personal care.

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
