The role

Your main task will be supporting our consultants with fast and precise typing and record creation which is so important to the smooth running of patient management. You will be expected to multi-task across a range of secretarial duties; offer good judgement in escalating issues, prioritising jobs, highly accurate audio typing, as these tasks all play an important part of your role. You’ll be valued for your skills and expertise and have the chance to build on them through our Ramsay Academy, too.

What you will bring with you
Excellent IT skills and ability to type at speed whilst maintaining accuracy
Experience of multi-tasking and working to strict deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication
High attention to detail
Knowledge or experience with medical terminology – essential
Knowledge or experience with orthopaedic medical terminology - desirable
Knowledge of T-Pro or other dictation and transcription system - desirable
