Job Title:

Junior Business Development Executive.

Location:

Hybrid - Remote with occasional travel to Malvern, Worcestershire (1–2 days every 2 weeks).

Salary:

Up to £50,000 basic + £30,000–£40,000 commission.

Enterprise Content Management solutions
. We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Executive
to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract close.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with senior stakeholders, and managing relationships to deliver long-term client success. You'll also collaborate closely with marketing on go-to-market campaigns and with technical colleagues to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

This position is hybrid: while largely remote, there will be a requirement to attend the office in Malvern, Worcestershire, 1–2 days every 2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.
* Research target markets and develop outreach strategies.
* Engage senior decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
* Arrange and lead prospect meetings, capturing requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored client proposals.
* Drive prospects through the CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting.
* Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Proven track record in B2B sales (ideally software, IT services, or enterprise content management).
* Strong business development and negotiation skills.
* Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
* Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
* Familiarity with CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Desirable:

* Experience in software partner channels or pre-sales consultancy.
* Exposure to enterprise content management or document management solutions.
