Partner / Director – Industrial Agency (Leasing, Disposals, Occupier)

A lean and high performing real estate advisory firm based in Central London is seeking to appoint a Partner / Director to lead and grow its Industrial Agency platform.
The firm has built a strong reputation advising private investors, family offices and UHNW clients, and is now looking to bring in a senior industrial specialist who can originate opportunities, lead transactions and help expand the business’s presence across the South East and wider UK logistics market.

The Role:
The successful individual will play a key role in driving the firm’s industrial agency activity across both investment and leasing mandates, working closely with private capital and entrepreneurial investors.
Responsibilities will include:
* Advising on leasing strategy and occupational positioning across logistics and industrial estates
* Leading acquisitions and disposals of industrial assets for private capital
* Originating off-market opportunities and developing new client relationships
* Providing strategic advice to family offices and UHNW investors
* Building and growing a pipeline of instructions across the South East and UK

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be operating at a mid to senior capacity looking to step into a Director/Partner role - within Industrial Agency, they can also be an existing senior individual looking to fully utilise their skills in a more autonomous environment.
They will demonstrate:
* Strong track record in industrial investment and/or leasing transactions
* Established relationships across private capital, investors and owner-occupiers
* Ability to originate instructions and lead deals end-to-end
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and grow a business line
