This is a dual role spanning technical support, preventative maintenance and breakdowns. It is a role requiring 2 days in the office, and travel as required to UK and across Europe. Diagnose potential faults through talking to the customers Plan an emergency service visit and advise the account manager so that visits can be scheduled with the customer Visit site to correctly diagnose the issues Fix emergency and non-routine issues in a timely manner Liaise with other members of the Customer Success Team as necessary to ensure all issues can be rectified, such as calibrating the magnet jointly Carry out all routine maintenance visits in a timely manner in line with Customer Service Level Agreements, maintaining and fixing all hardware to ensure that scanners continue to operate at optimum levels Monitor the performance of installed systems, revising maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance Visit customer sites in all locations to perform system upgrades Ensure that all emergency and routine repairs are carried out as cost-effectively as possible Ensure that all data is entered in a timely manner into appropriate systems (e.g., Dynamics) to enable effective global communication
