2-month contract initially
* Rent arrears management
* Anti-Social Behaviour Management
* Empty Homes management
* Estate Management
* Customer Service skills
* Knowledge of relevant and up-to-date legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
2–3 years Housing Officer experience within a Housing Association
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
