We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Sales Administrator Maternity cover to join our team at Worcester Produce. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Good IT skills and familiarity with order processing systems.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and rotational Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (one Saturday in five) - ability to work additional hours for holiday & sickness cover.
Responsibilities
* Handling customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
* Processing customer orders on our system.
* Resolving customer queries and issues to ensure a seamless experience.
* Assisting with stock control and purchasing.
* Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
