Driver Hire South East London are recruiting for a temp to perm delivery driver for our clients based within SE1 postcode areas.
Responsibilities
* Complete deliveries correctly and efficiently, in a professional and timely manner
* Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
* Delivering boxes of alcohol/kegs (multi-drop deliveries in and around M25)
* Shifts are mainly during the week, day shifts (Tue to Friday); start times can vary between 8am and 5-6pm
Requirements
* Valid UK Cat B licence for at least 2 years with no more than 6 points (no DR DD TT IN)
* A manual driving licence
* At least 1 year experience as a Cat B (references required)
* Must be comfortable with heavy lifting
* Over the age of 21 years (insurance purposes)
* Physically fit; jobs require heavy lifting
* Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
* Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
Pay, shifts & type
* PAYE £13.69 per hour (including holiday pay)
* Temp-to-Perm, Full Time
* 8 hour shifts, Day shift
* Tuesday to Friday
