About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
* Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
* Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff
* Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check-In, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.
* In a safely manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment
* Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
* Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
* Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels
* Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employment referencing.
