Role overview:
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor across the entire implementation project lifecycle, from initial workshops to final go-live. You will deliver innovative solutions to both new and existing mid-market and enterprise customers, managing projects with varying scope and complexity. Collaborating with clients across various industries, you will lead efforts to configure requirements, train users, and support the final go-live.
Experience required:
* 5 years implementing SaaS solutions in enterprise clients
* Hands-on experience with XML/HTML or similar technologies to configure SaaS software for clients
