Expertise in device management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including Azure AD/Hybrid Join, Autopilot, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, and security compliance. Strong experience in app packaging/deployment, WUfB, PowerShell scripting, troubleshooting, automation, and enterprise endpoint security. Skilled in Intune integrations, RBAC, documentation, and L3 support for enterprise environments
