Machine Operative
Location: Grimsby Docks
Shifts: 4 on 4 off – 6pm-6am
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £13.35
Breaks: 3 x 20-minute unpaid breaks per shift
About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently hiring Machine Minders to work at a well-established bread production site based on the docks in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in food manufacturing. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient running
* Carrying out basic machine maintenance and checks
* Reporting any faults or issues to the engineering or management team
* Ensuring products are produced to quality and safety standards
* Keeping the area clean and working in line with hygiene and health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience would be beneficial, full training is provided
* Good attention to detail and awareness of machinery
* Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
