About the Sports Organisation:
This is one of the most successful and widely supported sports organisations in the world. More than just a team, it represents a global community of fans connected by shared passion and ambition. The organisation is committed to delivering a high-quality, end-to-end fan experience across every product, platform, and touchpoint. As Senior Campaign Manager, you will place the fan at the heart of brand storytelling - leading the strategy and execution of major campaigns that promote key products, strengthen fan relationships, and support commercial objectives.
The Impact You'll Make:
This sports organisation based in the North West is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager, who will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across key moments. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and internal teams, you will own the full campaign lifecycle, from insight and ideation through to delivery and evaluation - ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, creatively delivered, and performance-led.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across key marketing moments.
* Manage campaigns such as kit launches, seasonal activations, and commercial partner initiatives.
* Build campaign strategies across the full marketing mix, including owned, earned, and paid channels — spanning digital, social, CRM, retail, and experiential.
* Write strategic and creative briefs across content, media, CRM, and creative teams.
* Lead cross-functional planning with internal stakeholders and departments to align on objectives and execution.
* Oversee agencies and external partners to ensure timely and on-brand asset delivery.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimise activity.
* Contribute to long-term planning and development of the global marketing calendar.
* Present campaign plans and results to senior leadership.
* Line manage and support the development of Campaign Managers within the team.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Strong experience in campaign or marketing roles, ideally within sport, entertainment, or consumer-facing brands.
* Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns across the full marketing mix.
* Strong strategic planning, creative briefing, and project leadership skills.
* Ability to coordinate complex campaigns across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Confident communicator and presenter with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
