The role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager will include:
1. Responsible for the production and delivery of the Group websites and online communications to ensure they are managed in line with Group protocols and guidelines
2. Advising on the Group's strategic approach to digital marketing and products
3. Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that are tailored to suit individual projects and designed to maximise take-up of services
4. Raise awareness of the service offering and enhance the reputation of the relevant business area
5. Responsible for the positive increase in Sanctuary's online reputation through digital channels, including the planning and implementation of review sites, directory management and best-practice management of SEO/GEO and PPC
6. Identifying opportunities for SEO/PPC campaigns or new online content based on analytics
7. Ensure Sanctuary's websites support high-quality customer experience, working alongside Sanctuary's operational, marketing and technology teams
8. Ensure all websites, digital content and digital products are fully compliant in line with the latest legislation, with a key focus on GDPR, security and accessibility
9. Develop and deliver a digital analytics strategy, to deliver against organisational objectives, evaluate content and make continual improvements
10. Responsible for Sanctuary's social media strategy, governance and social media management system
11. Proactively explore AI solutions that can improve our digital performance and customer experience, while ensuring all implementations adhere to our governance and values-led approach
12. Manage testing across the Group's websites, including liaison with customers and working with internal stakeholders and digital agencies to develop testing strategies
Skills and experiences:
13. Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification (preferably in Marketing) Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) membership or similar
14. Thorough working knowledge of marketing, design and social media
15. Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR, accessibility and data compliance/laws E-Marketing activity, SEO and PPC
16. Experience of delivering successful marketing communications services in a large organisation
17. Proven experience of people management and leading a team
18. Comprehensive experience of producing digital marketing materials and online campaigns
19. Proven experience of managing external marketing agencies
20. Proven experience of internal and external stakeholder engagement
21. Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
22. Proven experience of managing projects with strong project management skills
23. Experience of budget preparation and control
24. Ability to analyze and diagnose problems and implementing effective solutions
25. Experience in social media planning, strategy and content
26. Role salary is £54,197 per annum
