We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual to join our Potters Bar team. This role combines both warehouse operations and administration tasks. You will receive training across multiple areas of the business, enabling you to support the team to a high standard with strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Operating a forklift to pick and move stock within the warehouse (must be forklift trained; reach truck training can be provided as it will be required). Maintaining good housekeeping and ensuring a safe, organised working environment. Adding stock into our internal systems and storing items in the correct location. Picking and packing jobs through our logistics systems. Entering details onto courier websites or liaising with couriers by phone. Occasionally accompanying colleagues to customer premises to recover assets using the company van. Supporting wider business tasks as needed to meet customer requirements. Candidate Requirements: Forklift licence (essential), reach truck licence (preferred but training provided if not). Valid UK driving licence (for occasional van use). Previous warehouse or logistics experience. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry, courier systems). Strong communication skills and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently. Physically fit to handle manual work, including heavy lifting and being on your feet for extended periods. Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive can-do attitude. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm. Salary: £13.46 per hour for non reach truck trained. £14.25 (reach trained and with certificate) What We Offer: Full training across warehouse and admin functions.
