The HubSpot Lead will champion the end-to-end use of HubSpot across the business, owning the roadmap, elevating campaign delivery, and ensuring marketing and sales operate in sync via smart integrations.
The HubSpot Lead will:
* Own platform strategy, adoption, and optimisation across a global marketing function
* Set up and fine-tune workflows, automations, emails and journeys to drive engagement
* Partner with IT to support a stable, scalable link between HubSpot and Dynamics 365
* Deliver internal training and create resources to build user confidence and consistency
* Identify opportunities for smarter processes and automation across the MarTech stack
You Will Need:
* Solid hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM in a commercial setting
* Fluency in digital marketing principles and data structuring best practices
* Technical understanding of platform integrations
* Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Bonus points for HubSpot accreditations and CRM migration experience
