Through close liaison with the Team lead, to manage the team waiting lists, allocating visits, contacting patients, and booking appointments. To ensure that an accurate and up-to-date patient record is maintained by updating our clinical system as necessary. Training will be provided.
The post holder should be a creative and clear thinker, with administrative experience and excellent skills with technology to help manage our Community therapy team referrals.
