Location: Woodley
Hours: 12 hour shifts - split into 6 hours for each support worker

You will be fully supported by our expert management and clinical team, but we are looking for someone with a strong background in support work who can confidently hit the ground running.
Role Requirements:
We are specifically seeking a support workerwho has experienceand is fully trained and competent in the following areas:
ADHD
Autism
Severe learning disabilities
Behaviour that challenges
Essential Criteria:
Must be fluent in English this is a specific request from the clients family
Proven experience
Up-to-date mandatory training(or willingness to update through us)
Reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with the client
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
Self employed or willing to register
Important Note:
We have had applicants whodid not have sufficient experience, we are looking to shortlist only highly experienced candidates at this stage.
