Role Overview:
As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of marketing events. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in event management while contributing to exciting brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the organisation and execution of events, from concept to completion.
* Coordinate logistics, including venues, suppliers, and on-site operations.
* Support event promotion and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
* Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of events.
* Monitor event budgets and assist in reporting post-event outcomes.
* Provide on-site support to ensure all events run seamlessly.
Requirements:
* Recent graduate or equivalent experience in Events, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about event marketing.
* Comfortable with occasional travel and flexible working hours during events.
