Unit Lead – Nursing, Lark View Care Home
Full‑time contract. Salary £24.75 per hour. Dayshift. Contracted hours 36‑42. Location: Lark View Care Home with views of Kent countryside, offering nursing, residential, dementia & respite care to up to 64 residents.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Management of medications.
* Supervision of staff with continual development of good practices throughout the team.
* Providing training and support to the team.
* In charge of the care home out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
Qualifications
* Valid NMC registration as a Senior Registered Nurse (RGN).
* Commitment to keeping up to date with clinical best practices.
