Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Present products and services effectively to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs
* Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM systems
* Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings and expand professional networks
* Provide ongoing support and advice to clients post-sale to foster repeat business
Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role within a competitive environment
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Demonstrable experience in customer service with a focus on building rapport and trust
* Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant applications
* Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and networking events
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively
