We already have an established marketing system and offer distribution process. Now, we're looking for a confident, well-spoken Acquisitions Specialist to represent our company during follow-up calls with real estate agents.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a relationship with realtor.
Make follow-up calls to realtors after they receive our offers
Clearly explain our purchase structures, including Sub2, Seller Financing, and hybrid deals
Answer common questions such as:
⤷ Who are you?
⤷ How is the property transferred?
⤷ How are monthly payments handled?
⤷ What guarantees does the seller have?
Represent our company professionally and build rapport with agents
Refer more technical/legal questions to our closing team or attorney, if needed
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (C1 or native level)
Solid understanding of real estate terms: title, escrow, due-on-sale, Sub2, etc.
Sales, negotiation, or real estate experience is a big plus
Ability to explain complex financial structures in a simple, clear way
Stable internet and ability to join Zoom / Google Meet
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
