Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and service, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery.
* Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
* Support the head chef in menu planning and development, offering creative input based on seasonal ingredients.
* Ensure that all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
Qualifications
* Culinary experience or formal training in cookery is highly desirable.
* Excellent cooking skills with a passion for food production and presentation.
